Daniel Vallée, a resident of Godmanchester for13 years, is one of the candidates running for the position of councillor, seat 5, in the by-election set for Sunday, February 28.
Originally from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Vallée is the father in a blended family of five children and four grandchildren. He hopes to offer citizens the kind of representation they have a right to expect.
« My objective will be to ensure that you receive the most for your municipal taxes. I would like to be involved in improving the existing infrastructures as well as providing citizens access to superior quality communication networks: fixed or wireless residential telephone service, high speed internet and cable services, » he mentioned in a press release.
We would remind you that this by-election is to fill the seat left vacant by the death of councillor David Lamb. Advanced voting will be on Sunday, February 21 at the town Hall, and the election will take place at the same location on Sunday, February 28.
